This classic British dish was always thought of as a winter warmer. In the last few years the summer weather has changed things entirely. Our suet puddings are packed with freshly cut steak and kidney, then topped with a well seasoned gravy which oozes when the pudding is opened.
They are so easy to prepare: either steam in the traditional way - from frozen if necessary - or pop them in the microwave. At 370g. (13 oz. to us older folk) they are substantial, so you may want to cut down on the spuds!
What you get: 8 puddings (370g. each).
Water, wheat flour, beef, vegetable shortening, kidney, beef suet, onions, modified maize starch, salt, soya flour, gravy browning, beef bouillon, flavourings, sugar, colour, rapeseed oil, onion powder, black pepper, garlic, celery powder, bay leaf.
