These beautiful filled pasta crescents are made for us in Emilia Romagna by experts in the art of pasta making. The filling is intensely 'mushroomy', and very Italian. From frozen they are simmered for 5-6 minutes and that's it. If you make a simple tomato sauce to accompany them (and we provide some suggestions), you could prepare an appealing supper in about 15 minutes. How long you take over it is up to you. Then, why not complement them with our excellent Tiramisu. All you have to do with these is thaw, so a meal as good as any in Tuscany with the minimum of effort. How British!
